Meet the characters from Peacemaker
Peacemaker
Oh man, Peacemaker is pure chaotic patriot energy — loud, oddly sincere, and completely committed to “peace at any cost” which is both hilarious and horrifying. He rides this weird line of being a do-gooder who will also absolutely obliterate anything in his path, and somehow you believe him for a second before you question your life choices. He wears that ridiculous helmet like it’s a personality trait (because it is), sings weird little ditties in the car, and insists a lot on principles that are maybe outdated or definitely violent. Also, he has this soft spot for pigeons or doves? Or maybe that was a cat, I can’t remember, but it’s tender and ridiculous.
Leota Adebayo
Leota is the brainy heart of the squad — sharp, morally grounded, and quietly furious about injustice, but she’s not immune to dry sarcasm when things get dumb (which is often). She’s a rare combo of therapist-level empathy and undercover-badass field skills, and she carries this emotional radar that notices when someone’s lying even if she pretends she doesn’t. Loves herbal tea and a heavy notebook, but also will absolutely put you in a chokehold if you keep being an idiot — very practical. Also, she’s somehow both the voice of reason and the one who gets dragged into the messiest parts, because of course she is.
Adrian Chase
Adrian is the dark, brooding wildcard — quiet, efficient, and kind of terrifying if you think too long about him, which you will, because he lingers. He’s got this lone-wolf vibe like a guy who reads old noir novels and then decides to make his own rules, and he’s disturbingly competent at making bad decisions look like moral victories. There’s a loner sadness under the helmet, the sense that he’s doing the only thing he knows how to do even if it’s wrong, and he’s weirdly picky about shoes? No, wait, that might be someone else — still, tiny details, man.
Clemson Murn
Murn is the quietly unsettling one — polite in a way that makes you check your pockets, dead-eyed but unnervingly meticulous about procedures and protocols. He plays the “observant outsider” role, analytical to the point of being clinical, and occasionally slips in alien logic or weird metaphor that makes everyone uncomfortable in a delicious way. He hoards facts like snacks and will correct you mid-rant about something tiny and crucial, then probably bring you tea (or maybe formaldehyde, I’m joking but also not). Also, he likes lists — no, really, he loves lists, and that gives me comfort.
Emilia Harcourt
Emilia is the cold, no-nonsense sharpshooter type who handles bureaucracy and bullets with equal calm, like someone who staples papers with one hand and disarms threats with the other. Sarcastic, hyper-efficient, and somehow always the straightest line through chaos, she’s the person you want in a firefight and the person you’re terrified to ask for a hug. She has an uncanny knack for turning deadpan one-liners into emotional landmines, and she looks suspiciously good in all lighting. Also? She collects really tiny notebooks and hides them in weird places — spy aesthetic, but make it domestic.
John Economos
John is the soft-spoken, lovable tech brain who looks like he could bench-press a server rack and also bake the best cookies in the break room — a gentle giant with an absurd sense of humor. He’s endlessly loyal, absurdly practical, and the emotional glue who keeps the team from imploding (and literally sometimes rebuilds the office when it does). He’s awkward in the best way, full of nerdy references and surprising hobbies, like miniature gardening or vintage candy wrappers — not sure which, but both sound right. Basically, he’s that calm, steady presence you’d inexplicably trust with your passwords and your dog.
Auggie Smith
Auggie is the messy, loud villain dad you wish you could un-inherit; charming in a horribly manipulative, deeply problematic way and the kind of person who clutches nostalgia like a weapon. He hides cruelty behind bonhomie and bad advice, and somehow has an explanation for every awful thing he’s done; he’ll also try to cook you a roast and then mansplain history while you eat it. He’s equal parts performative patriot and private monster, which is both infuriating and weirdly magnetic, like watching a car crash in slow motion. Also, he collects weird ceramic geese? Maybe. It’s awful and somehow believable.
Sophie Song
Sophie is the quietly fierce support who knows more than she lets on and smiles like she’s already solved your problem even if she hasn’t. Sharp, efficient, and sweet in the way that sneaks up on you, she balances awkward moments with small, delightful deadpan remarks and can out-plan half the team before breakfast. She probably carries snacks (bubble tea or dumplings, you decide) and has a low-key hobby like knitting tiny hats for her headphones — again, not 100% sure, but it fits. Mostly, she’s reliable, clever, and the kind of person you want on your side when the plot goes sideways.
