Welcome to Quiz: Which Mighty Ducks Game Changers Character Are You

Mighty Ducks: Game Changers is a sports comedy drama. A new group of hockey kids forms their own team after being booted from elite Mighty Ducks. It hit Disney+ in March 2021 and people seem to like it. Heart, humor, nostalgia- what a combo!

Meet the characters from Mighty Ducks: Game Changers

Evan Marrow

Evan is the kid with that impossible mix of stubborn heart and soft, bewildered hope — you can practically see his eyebrows doing gymnastics when things go sideways. He’s tiny but fierce on the ice, always trying to prove that size is only a number (and also carries a snack in his helmet, which is adorable and slightly gross). Forever asking questions, forever messing up and then figuring it out in the most awkwardly heroic way possible. He’s the emotional core and also somehow the comic relief, which doesn’t make sense but somehow fits.

Alex Marrow

Alex is the very tired-but-determined mom who secretly runs on takeout and righteous fury; she’ll fight a school board and then cry over a commercial, like, within fifteen minutes. Protective but learning to loosen up, she has this stubborn optimism that’s contagious — and she has opinions about helmets, ribbons, and which brand of skates is secretly evil. She’s practical, fierce, occasionally unfiltered, and hides a soft spot for cheesy motivational posters (don’t tell). Sometimes she’s hilariously neurotic about schedules, and then she’ll turn into the biggest cheerleader in human form.

Gordon Bombay

Gordon is Coach Classic — charmingly grumpy but with a heart that does surrender every five minutes. He’s coaching because he can’t help it; it’s like the thing that keeps him from becoming a weird hockey hermit. Snap lines, dad jokes, sudden lessons about life masquerading as drills — he’s full of those, and yes he wears slightly tragic sweaters sometimes. He’s messy, heroic, cringe-y, and you want him to pat your head and then roast you for laughing.

Nick

Nick is that kid who’s loud, confident, maybe a little too cool for school but actually very loyal once you crack him open like a hockey puck. He plays hard, trash-talks harder, and then plays even harder — occasionally he’ll give someone a weird compliment and act like nothing happened. He’s got swagger but also a weird soft spot for animals (and accents he can’t do). A little infuriating, totally lovable, and sometimes surprisingly deep when he’s not cracking jokes.

Maya

Maya is fierce, thoughtful, and quietly unnerves people with how focused she is — she’s the kind of player who notices things others don’t, like the wind direction or someone’s snack choice. She’s principled and low-key mysterious, with an eye roll that could be weaponized and a laugh that sneaks up on you. Tends to be practical but has these weirdly poetic one-liners sometimes, which is either a secret hobby or a side effect of reading too many old books. Loyal to the bone and cooler than she admits, she’ll save the day and then act like it was no biggie.

Sofi

Sofi is bubbly chaos in hockey form — hyper, brilliant, and a little unpredictable, like someone who brings glitter to a strategy meeting. She’s inventive on the ice, sometimes weirdly off the cuff, and her energy is like espresso mixed with gummy bears. She might forget her gloves but remember everyone’s birthdays and also possibly a random fact about bees. Totally unfiltered enthusiasm that’s contagious and occasionally face-palm-inducing, but you’d miss her like crazy if she wasn’t around.

Lauren

Lauren is the quiet engine; she observes, then does the thing — not flashy but somehow always essential, like the reliable pen in a messy drawer. She’s cool-headed under pressure, and there’s this surprising stubborn streak where she won’t give up even if everyone else has. Likes trivia that nobody asked for and will correct your form on a pass while also offering you a granola bar. She seems small but pays attention to details, and those tiny things make her the kind of teammate you’d want in a tight spot.

Logan

Logan is charming in an offbeat way, with goofy confidence that sometimes masks actual nerves — the type who says something snappy and then immediately pretends he meant it differently. He’s playful and a little dramatic, will do a ridiculous celebration and then apologize, and somehow his messes always endear him to people. Loves a good prank but can be unexpectedly sincere, and has a habit of collecting weird keychains for reasons even he forgets. A big personality who can be surprisingly generous when it matters.

Sam

Sam is the quietly intense one who’s probably thinking three moves ahead and also doodling cute mascots on his gear when nervous. He’s focused, a little private, and here for the team in a way that doesn’t need announcing — will show up, do the work, then slip away like a polite ninja. He’s loyal but not loud about it, which makes him feel like a secret superpower on the roster. Occasionally he’ll surprise everyone with a fierce burst of emotion or an unexpectedly bad pun.

Koob

Koob is delightfully problematic in that cartoonish villain way — equal parts bluster and insecurity, he’s the kind of coach you love to hate and also feel weirdly sorry for. Overly dramatic, loud, and rules-first, but if you scratch the surface there’s this guy who wants to be respected and maybe doesn’t know how to ask nicely. He’s full of bravado, small victories, and the occasional vulnerability breakdown, and he keeps things spicy whether anyone asked for it or not. Also, likes very specific pre-game snacks that he insists are “science.”

Coach T.

Coach T. is the no-nonsense, steady presence who says less but means more — like a human anvil of calm energy. He’s patient, practical, and somehow has a million tiny coaching aphorisms, half of which are borrowed from old movies and half of which he claims are “classic wisdom.” He’s firm but fair, will bench you for attitude and then bench you for style, and is secretly a softie with a great playlist. Reliable, experienced, and quietly hilarious when he finally drops a one-liner.
