Meet the characters from The Thundermans

Phoebe

Phoebe is that gleaming-beacon-of-good-vibes who absolutely believes in justice and organized snack schedules (yes, she really has a chart). She’s the classic good-girl superhero type — optimistic, kind, a little headstrong — but also secretly dramatic about glitter placement, which is adorable and slightly alarming. She’s all about rules and doing the right thing, yet somehow leaves a trail of mismatched socks wherever she goes (how does that happen?). In the family dynamic she’s the moral compass and cheerleader rolled into one, and you can tell she’d make a hero poster and an entire playlist for every training session.

Max

Max is chaotic in the best way — part prankster, part genius, and 100% delightfully stubborn about being a “villain” (but like, the soft kind). He lives for schemes and eye-rolls and the exact right dramatic entrance, but underneath it he’s ridiculously loyal to his family and would sulk dramatically if they didn’t notice his new hat. He has this weird combo of being smugly confident and secretly sentimental (he definitely keeps one crumpled drawing from childhood in his pocket). Often up to something, rarely straightforward, and somehow both menacing and a little cinnamon-roll sweet at the same time.

Nora

Nora is the big, loud sister with showmanship for days — think glitter boots, battle-cries, and possibly a tiny horned helmet in her closet (don’t ask, it’s for mood). She’s fierce, ultra-competitive, and loves karaoke like it’s a workout, but also will inexplicably adopt stray animals on Tuesdays and become a soft mess about them. She’s the one who makes dramatic motivational speeches and also steals the last fries, which somehow fits her whole vibe of “power plus personality.” In the family she’s the unstoppable older-sibling energy: protective, embarrassing, inspiring, and honestly kind of the reason things get done (sometimes by force).

Billy

Billy is delightfully weird and adorable, the kid who invents new snack combinations and insists the family needs a mascot (which he will draw, then animate, then name). He’s earnest and enthusiastic to a fault — brave in all the small, surprising ways, but also terrified of the dark AND of running out of cereal (two very real fears). He’s got this offbeat creativity that turns the mundane into an epic adventure, and he’s way more observant than he looks (he remembers the tiniest details that no one else does). Quietly brave, a little chaotic, and a total wildcard in the best possible sense.

Hank

Hank is the loving-but-very-into-plans dad who treats breakfast like a tactical briefing and bedtime like a war movie monologue (in the best way). He’s steady, heroic in a dad-joke kind of way, and definitely has a “trainer” vibe — drills, pep talks, snacks with protein, the whole thing — but also he’s the guy who will build an elaborate fort and then nap in it five minutes later. He’s responsible and kind, but also has this soft spot for ridiculous costumes and dramatic reenactments of his younger days (which may or may not be slightly embellished). Basically the glue; strict-ish but with a marshmallow center and an alarming collection of novelty ties.

Barb

Barb is wildly practical, incredibly patient, and secretly low-key terrifying when she needs to be (in a mom-power way), like the calm before you realize you’re grounded. She’s the voice of reason who can simultaneously bake a mean cookie and deliver a look that ends arguments, plus she has a habit of carrying bandaids and life advice in equal measure. Sometimes she’s hilariously domestic (aprons! labels!), other times she’s unexpectedly fierce — kind of like a tiny tornado in sensible shoes. She keeps the family functional and slightly bemused, and you can tell she loves chaos as long as it’s on a schedule.
