CIA Agent Hart Hoxton

Hart is the kind of field agent who makes you think of a trench coat and a bad joke, but then somehow also a really precise lockpick — contradicting vibes, I know. He’s old-school tradecraft with a low-key love for gadgets; seriously, he can jury-rig a comms unit out of chewing gum and a paperclip, or at least he says he can. There’s this wry, tired humor about him, like he’s seen too much but still laughs at the dumbest things, and he carries a “lucky” pen that he swears is meaningless. Also, he won’t admit he likes cats even though everyone’s seen him feed the stray behind HQ — secret softie alert.

FBI Agent Bill Goodman

Bill is textbook straight-laced FBI — methodical, stubborn, annoyingly reliable in the best way — but he’s not boring, promise. He lives by procedure and case files, loves chalk outlines in a way that is probably unhealthy, and hates surprises unless they’re scheduled. He wears chokey ties and drinks black coffee like it’s an identity, yet he’ll tell you caffeine is “overrated” and then have a third cup; classic Bill. He’s this weird dad-energy: protective, stern, collects old vinyl and remembers case numbers but somehow forgets where he put his keys (also his anniversary once, oops).

CIA Analyst Gina Rojas

Gina is the analyst who sees patterns in everything — spreadsheets feel like poetry to her, which is either terrifying or amazing depending on your tolerance for stats. She’s razor-sharp, quick with a dry one-liner, and will out-logic anyone in a room while wearing mismatched socks on purpose (maybe for morale?); she swears she’s messy but her desk actually has a secret grid system. Night-owl energy, she’s happiest at 3 a.m. parsing drone feeds and will judge your playlist hard, unless you play salsa, because weirdly she’s a secret dancer. Also, she claims she hates small talk but will chit-chat you into revealing your life story if you’re not careful — very dangerous.

Nikki Reynard

Nikki is all smoke-and-mirror charm and razor focus, like someone who could seduce a secret out of a room and then apologize for the mess. She’s unpredictable — one minute buttoned-up and ridiculously polite, the next she’s breaking protocol because frankly, the plan was boring — and she carries a little black notebook that she never lets anyone touch. She speaks three languages and swears she has terrible handwriting yet somehow leaves the most elegant crime-scene notes (I don’t understand it either). People either trust her immediately or distrust her with equal intensity, and honestly, she kind of likes that.
