Welcome to Quiz: Who Are You From 'Lucifer' Based On Your Food Preferences

Lucifer is fun. It’s about Lucifer Morningstar, bored with hell, moving to LA. He teams up with a homicide detective to solve crimes and face his inner demons. Witty lines, layered characters and a sprinkle of supernatural make it a treat. Enjoy the ride!

Meet the characters from Lucifer

Lucifer Morningstar

Oh man, Lucifer is peak dramatic deliciousness — suave, indulgent, and somehow always ten minutes away from ordering a martini and starting a monologue. He’s wickedly charming (and yes, he knows it; he’ll tell you, loudly) but also they snuck in actual loneliness under that designer suit, which makes him annoyingly sympathetic. He loves chaos for art’s sake and also has a suspiciously detailed moral code about some things (don’t ask him to explain it, he’ll smirk instead). He’s theatrical, flirty, and terrifyingly honest in a way that’s equal parts painful and hilarious. Also he’s somehow allergic to boredom but claims to hate sweets even though he definitely raids pastry carts at 3 a.m. occasionally.

Chloe Decker

Chloe is the solid, stubborn core of the show — pragmatic, moral, and with that tired-but-determined cop energy that makes you want to give her a cookie and a badge. She’s fiercely grounded, hates theatrical nonsense (Lucifer’s worst nightmare) and will stare you down into confessing your favorite pizza topping. Under the no-nonsense exterior there’s warmth and this goofy loyalty that sneaks up on people, plus a ridiculous fondness for iced coffee that she says she doesn’t need but absolutely does. She’s terribly human, annoyingly brave sometimes, and also secretly kind of a softie for stray animals and existential crisis songs. Also, she claims to be all about rules but has a history of quietly breaking them when it matters (sigh).

Dan Espinoza

Dan is the grumpy, dad-ish cop who vacillates between moral righteousness and very human pettiness in the most relatable way; like, he wants to be the good guy and he is, but he’ll also sulk for three episodes about dignity. He’s loyal, messy, and tries really hard to be competent (sometimes he’s heroic, sometimes he’s hilariously insecure), which makes him sympathetic and also kind of stubbornly hilarious. He has this soft spot for his family that melts the crustiest of attitudes, plus an ability to be both a terrible flirt and a mushy dad at the same time. He’s often loud about consequences and paperwork yet will impulsively charge into chaos when someone he loves is in trouble (classic). Also, he claims to hate Lucifer with all his being but will begrudgingly respect him in tiny ways and always indulge an awkward conversation.

Mazikeen

Maze is full-throttle ferocity wrapped in leather and a secret, tiny selection of treasured stuffed animals (no, really). She’s a bartender of violence, loyalty, and attitudes — brutal, blunt, and intensely protective of her chosen family, and she’s somehow both terrifying and heartbreakingly tender. She hates being coddled and will punch you if you try, but she also collects little gestures of affection like trophies (contradiction and chaos, yes). She’s sarcastic, surprisingly messy about feelings, into weapons and flirting and also really into fashion at odd hours. Also she pretends she doesn’t care about feelings but will absolutely show up with pizza at 2 a.m. if you’re crying — don’t look surprised.

Amenadiel

Amenadiel is the stoic moral compass who initially reads like a cosmic rulebook walked into human life without a clue, and then suddenly he’s very into being soft and learning guitar, which is adorable. Duty-first, honor-bound, but slowly, painfully curious about feelings — he’s all about order yet keeps finding himself delightfully off-script. He can be a little solemn and very earnest, which is wholesome and slightly awkward, in the best way; he’ll give you a lecture and then a hug (sometimes in the same breath). He’s regal and clumsy in equal measure — like a celestial being in ill-fitting human shoes who also very much enjoys a good sandwich. He claims to hate human chaos but will stand in the middle of it like it’s his new favorite hobby.

Linda Martin

Linda is the warm, brilliant therapist who’s part life coach, part truth bomb dispenser, and completely incapable of being boring. She’s wise, compassionate, and oddly giddy about existential crises (her favorite playground), and she says “boundaries” like it’s a superpower. Professional and kind, but also hilarious in how she sometimes over-shares like a lovable aunt who read too many psychology blogs at 3 a.m. She has the perfect mix of calm and chaos — she’ll untangle your feelings and then accidentally make you laugh through tears. Also, she insists on being objective but then will absolutely pick favorites (it’s fine, we all know who they are).

Trixie Espinoza

Trixie is the tiny tornado of sweetness and sass who talks like a miniature philosopher and commands every scene she’s in; she’s part kid, part ancient soul, full of blunt truth and glitter. She’s playful and precocious, can be unbearably adorable, and also shockingly perceptive — like, she notices emotional beats other people miss. She’ll hug you one second and then brutally call out nonsense the next, which is exactly why everyone loves her and is slightly terrified by her honesty. She’s basically the emotional anchor in a tutu and also low-key manipulative when she wants cookies (fair play). Also, sometimes she’s shy and sometimes she announces herself like a tiny rallying cry, pick a lane, Trixie.

Ella Lopez

Ella is chaotic sunshine in lab coat form — the forensic whiz who is simultaneously the most organized mess you’ll ever meet and somehow solves crimes with sugar, sparkle, and relentless optimism. She’s incredibly bright, endlessly chatty, annoyingly cheerful in a way that actually helps, and deeply empathetic despite sometimes being hilariously clumsy. She has a faith-meets-science vibe — prays and runs tests with equal intensity — and is obsessively precise about details while being delightfully messy about life. She’ll bake you a cake while explaining DNA and probably name a plant after you; also she claims to hate confrontation but will absolutely call you out in the sweetest possible way.
