Meet the characters from The 100
Clarke Griffin
Clarke is the do-it-all, heavy-responsibility leader who will plan for five contingencies and then have a small meltdown in the supply room — often both in the same day. She’s brilliant, morally messy, and somehow always the one making the impossible choices (and then apologizing like three times afterwards). Fiercely protective but also stubbornly scientific, she oscillates between calm strategist and chaotic, sleep-deprived mess — which, honestly, is iconic. You can tell she cares by how much she overthinks everything; also she probably owns more jars than is reasonable.
Bellamy Blake
Bellamy is the chest-thumpy, whistle-in-the-dark protector vibe — loud, impulsive, and incredibly loyal, but also secretly soft in ways he refuses to admit. He talks like he wants a punch to the face sometimes, then turns around and does the thing nobody else would risk, which is annoying and admirable at once. Has leadership instincts but hates being told what to do, and yes he will fight you about the moral thing while also making a very questionable joke. He’s the kind of guy who’ll slap you and then make you stew for an hour and then save you — dramatic but sincere.
Octavia Blake
Octavia is chaos-shaped and somehow also a code of honor; she grew up hidden and exploded into a warrior who will absolutely surprise you (in both good and terrifying ways). She’s fierce, vulnerable, and a little too fond of dramatic entrances — probably with dirt on her face and a lopsided grin. Deeply loyal to chosen family, but also has a side that enjoys the mess she’s made — like she’s both the storm and the calm after it. Also, small things: she likes strange snacks at weird hours and keeps a secret stash of things she’ll deny owning.
Thelonious Jaha
Jaha is the man who believes in destiny with the sort of intensity that makes you want to nod and roll your eyes at once. He starts as a politician type, then becomes this wandering prophet/leader who thinks big, maybe too big — grand speeches, questionable decisions, and heartfelt repentance, sometimes in the same breath. He can be inspirational and stubbornly made-of-ideas; sometimes he’s clueless about practical stuff (maps, anyone?) but somehow charismatic enough that people follow. He’s also very dramatic about doors and windows — like, obsessively dramatic, I swear.
Raven Reyes
Raven is the sarcastic genius with oil under her nails and a permanent scowl that hides about twelve layers of trauma and heroism. Mechanical savant, stubborn as anything, and the kind of person who will jury-rig a spaceship from scrap and then make you explain why you blinked. She’s clever, sardonic, loyal to a point of self-sacrifice, and terribly honest — sometimes brutally so — which makes every quiet moment she has feel earned. Also, tiny quirk: she hoards tiny screws and names them, probably.
John Murphy
Murphy is the lovable (but also slightly terrifying) wild card who will say the worst thing and then prove he’s more complicated than his mouth. He’s low-key dangerous, allergy-to-authority, and somehow ends up doing the right thing when it counts, even if he grumbles about it. Bitter, funny, and with a surprising streak of loyalty, he’s the person you don’t trust and then secretly root for. Also, he might have a soft spot for bad decisions and worse snacks.
Dr. Abigail Griffin
Abigail is the quietly firm, science-forward parent figure who anchors people even when she’s falling apart herself. She’s pragmatic, deeply caring in a no-nonsense way, and will do whatever it takes to keep people alive — sometimes making those heartbreaking choices that haunt her forever. She has this calm authority but also cracks that show hints of immense grief; she’s both doctor and moral compass, though not always comfortable with the label. Fun little thing: she probably has a terrible tea habit and will judge your bandaging technique.
Marcus Kane
Kane is earnest, law-loving, and constantly trying to be better, which makes for some gloriously awkward grown-up moments. He’s the conscience who keeps wrestling with his own compromises — leader, reformer, and sometimes the guy writing the long emails no one asked for. He does the hard, thankless things and gets tangled in guilt about it, but he truly believes in order and people’s potential. Also, inexplicably fond of spreadsheets and very proud of his handwriting.
Monty Green
Monty is the sweet, nerdy brainiac with a big heart and a tendency to overplan — the kind of friend everyone wants in a bunker. He’s optimistic, endlessly inventive, and the moral center in many messy situations; you can trust him to jury-rig something that will probably work and also cry into it. Loyal to a fault, a little awkward with feelings, and perpetually baking something in his head (or actually baking, I’m not sure). Small fact: he names his tools like pets, okay?
Nathan Miller
Miller is smooth, sardonic, and somehow effortlessly cool even when he’s being the biggest smart-mouth in the room. He’s a former soldier turned pragmatic survivor who uses sarcasm as armor and occasionally as a weapon, but he’s surprisingly protective once you get on his team. Witty, practical, and annoyingly competent, he’ll get the job done and then sass you about it. Also, he might have an inexplicable love for weird hats — or he says he doesn’t, but I’ve seen the photos.
